REPORT UNAUTHORIZED ELECTRONIC BANKING TRANSACTIONS

Before registering the complaint:

  • Check with your family / known members if they have used your debit card / account on your behalf for making transaction.
  • We request you to go through all possible details of the transactions on your bank account statement like Merchant name, Date & Time of transaction,
    Amount to verify.
  • In case of service not rendered by merchant or billing issues, please contact the respective merchant's customer care.

  • Do not click on any links in emails from unknown sources.
  • Never share confidential or sensitive information with anyone.
  • Use the Jiffy mobile application to block your debit card immediately to prevent further unauthorized transactions. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service to block your Debit Card (Payment/Temporary) by selecting the language and pressing 0.

Types of Disputed Transactions:

  • Cash not dispensed from ATM (partial/full)
  • Goods or services not received
  • Amount got deducted but merchant / beneficiary not received funds
  • Refund of cancelled transaction
  • Fraudulently debited from customer's account

Details Required to Report Unauthorized Debit Card Transactions:

  • Debit Card Number
  • Type of Transaction (e.g., online, at a store, local grocer, cash withdraw, etc.)
  • Date of transaction
  • Transaction Amount
